Kole Ogundipe

Kole Ogundipe builds the agents at Agent Place and writes the articles on this site. He has set up a team of 29 AI agents across four businesses, and the agents post fixes to their own instructions in Slack, where a lead agent reviews and applies them.

Before that team there were smaller ones. A workflow of three AI agents that sourced, curated, researched, wrote and published digital marketing stories. An outbound system that read a brand's own ads alongside three competitors', labelled what it found, located the right person to talk to and drafted the email. He matches the model to the job rather than picking one: Claude Opus 5.5 as the daily driver, Claude Fable 5.1 for coding, Gemini 2.5 Flash for multimodal work.

He has also built the software underneath. A creative analytics tool for Meta advertisers, built on years of running Meta ads and approved by Meta, which became an approved Meta tech partnership so advertisers could connect an ad account and see each ad's performance in a simple interface. A more advanced version of Meta's own Ad Library on Meta's API, showing each advertiser's ads, landing pages and creator partnerships in a clearer interface than Meta's. Free benchmarks by industry, so an advertiser could compare their own ad volume and creative mix with their industry's. An AI ad studio using OpenAI's GPT Image 2.5 so advertisers could make Meta ads easily.

The backend for the free Ad Library ships on Vercel: a cached, rate-limited search API, scheduled jobs that refresh every brand daily and rebuild the benchmarks weekly, and a page for every brand searched.

Kole has worked in digital advertising since 2014, both agency side and as a consultant, for companies spending upwards of $500,000 per month. At Framer he managed over $500k a month across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and Reddit, created the international budget system that tiered countries by sign-up-to-subscription rate and MRR, and introduced Google's video-based Demand Gen campaigns, scaling investment in them by 200% after a Meta geo-holdout test showed where the money belonged. At Kits.ai he restructured Google Search and scaled the budget 10x while holding a 3:1 LTV:CAC. At Hoxton Circle, a CFO recruitment agency, he led a website migration and made the technical SEO improvements that lifted traffic 45% year on year. He came up through the agency Croud, promoted on average every 1.3 years from intern to Client Strategy Director, managing a team of four and the agency's most valuable clients, and was nominated for Search Engine Land's Search Marketer of the Year in 2018.

He created and wrote a performance marketing news website that reached a domain rating of 67 on Ahrefs and more than 16,000 clicks from Google Search, publishing over 900 articles. He taught 10-week digital marketing courses in New York for General Assembly, with a Net Promoter Score in the top 5% of courses, and has built a professional audience of 70,000+ followers on LinkedIn.

Originally from the UK, he previously lived in New York and now works on UTC-5. To ask him whether an agent would help your business, or to tell him it would not, write to hello@agentplace.co.uk.
