Terms

The terms that govern this website and its demo. The work we do for a customer is a separate written agreement.

These terms, and what they cover

These terms govern your use of agentplace.co.uk and the things the site offers you: the voice demo and the booking panel. By using the site you accept them. They include our Privacy Policy.

The site is run by TripleDouble Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13609173, registered office Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, trading as Agent Place ("we", "us").

The work we do for a customer is not governed by this page. When we build an agent for a business, what we will build, what it costs, who owns what and what happens if either side wants out are all set out in the written agreement we make with that business. Nothing here adds to that agreement, takes anything away from it, or decides anything it leaves open. These are website terms.

What the site is

Agent Place builds bespoke AI agents for businesses. The site exists to show you what that means and to let you start a conversation with us. It is for information and demonstration, and we may change it, add to it, take parts of it down or withdraw it altogether, with or without notice.

The voice demo

The AI receptionist page lets you talk to a working agent. It is a demonstration, and it answers for an invented dental practice: the practice is not real, and nothing the agent tells you about opening hours, prices, treatments or appointments is real either. It will tell you that it is an AI. Calls end after three minutes, and the demo takes a limited number of calls a day, so it may tell you to come back tomorrow.

You need to allow your browser's microphone to use it. What you say goes to a third-party voice provider to be processed, which the Privacy Policy explains, so please do not use the demo for anything confidential, and do not use it to record or impersonate anyone else. Do not rely on anything it says, and do not pass what it says on to anyone as if it came from a business.

Getting in touch

Emailing us or booking a consultation does not create a contract, and neither of them commits either of us to anything. We may reply, we may ask questions, and we may say no. A consultation is free, lasts about thirty minutes, and either of us can move or cancel it.

What it costs

Unlimited agents. One flat monthly fee. Nothing extra per call, minute or message. It is month to month, so you can stop any month.

Our guarantee. Fully functioning and delivering value in 30 days guaranteed, or you pay nothing more until your agents are.

We do not publish the fee. What the site says is a guide to how we charge, not a quote and not an offer we are bound to. Your fee, and how the guarantee applies to your agents, are settled on the consultation and confirmed in writing before any work starts, and that written agreement is the one that counts.

Using the site properly

Please do not break the law with it, and in particular do not try to get into parts of the site that are not public, interfere with how it runs, send it anything harmful, scrape it or hammer it automatically, overload or abuse the voice demo, or use anything from the site to imply we endorse you. We may stop you using the site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

Who owns what

The site itself — its design, its words, its code, its drawings, the Agent Place name and logo — belongs to TripleDouble Group Ltd and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read it, share a link to it and quote a little of it with credit. You may not copy it, republish it, or use it to build or train something else.

What you send us, in an email, stays yours. By sending it you let us read it, keep it and use it to answer you and work out whether we can help. Ownership of anything we go on to build for you is a matter for the written agreement described at the top of this page.

Other people's services

The site uses outside services to work — a host, an email deliverer, a booking tool and a voice provider, all described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of them is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for whether they are available, accurate or secure.

No warranties

The site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, nor that anything the demo says is accurate, suitable or fit for any purpose. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and nothing on it is a quote.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or the demo — including lost profit, lost business, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our total liability arising out of the site shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Keeping us out of trouble

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss, cost or reasonable legal fee arising out of your use of the site in breach of these terms or of the law, or out of anything you send us that you did not have the right to send.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If something goes wrong between us we will try to sort it out by talking first; if we have not managed it within thirty days, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

General

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always the one at agentplace.co.uk/terms-of-service, with the "Last updated" date above. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.
